Most knee sleeves are just a tube of fabric. This one has structure.
Revora ProFlex Knee Sleeve
🔵 A contoured silicone gel ring that cups the kneecap instead of pressing on it
⚪ Two flexible side stays — lateral support without restricting your squat
💨 Breathable 3D knit with non-slip silicone bands — no swampy neoprene, no hitching it back up
Pull on a cheap sleeve and you get compression. That's it. The ProFlex adds a shaped gel ring around the patella and flexible stays down each side — the two things that turn a fabric tube into actual support. Built for lifters, runners, and anyone whose knees do real work.
The Blue Ring Isn't Padding. The White Stays Aren't Decoration.
Turn a cheap knee sleeve inside out and there's nothing there. Just knit. It compresses your leg and that's the entire feature list.
Turn a ProFlex inside out and you find a contoured silicone ring shaped to cup the patella, and two flexible spring stays running down the sides. That's not a marketing difference. It's a physical one, and you can feel it on the first rep.
What's Actually In It
A flat sleeve squeezes everything the same. The ProFlex ring is contoured to sit around the patella, spreading pressure into the tissue surrounding the joint instead of loading the kneecap directly.
Spring stays run down each side. They bend freely through a full squat, but they push back against the side-to-side movement a plain sleeve does nothing about. Most sleeves have nothing here at all.
Moisture-wicking, not neoprene. It doesn't turn into a swamp by set three, and it's thin enough to wear under work trousers all day.
It stays where you put it. No hitching it back up between sets, no rolling down on a run.
Measure 5.5 inches above the centre of your kneecap. Sizing by height or weight is why most knee sleeves fit badly.
Lifters under the bar. Runners putting in distance. Nurses, tradespeople, anyone on concrete for ten hours. If your knees do work, your sleeve should too.
What Happens When Your Sleeve Has Structure
What Happens When Your Sleeve Has Structure
A Gel Ring, Not A Flat Pad
Contoured silicone that cups the kneecap and spreads load into the surrounding tissue, rather than pressing straight down on the joint.
Side Stays That Actually Stabilize
Two flexible spring stays resist side-to-side wobble under load, then bend freely through a full range of motion. Most sleeves have nothing here.
Breathes Under Load
3D moisture-wicking knit instead of neoprene. Comfortable through a full session and thin enough to wear under trousers all day.
Stays Exactly Where You Put It
Non-slip silicone bands top and bottom. No hitching it back up mid-set, no rolling down on a run.

Measure your thigh circumference 5.5 inches (14 cm) above the centre of your kneecap and match it to the chart above. Do not size by height or weight — it will not fit. Between sizes? Size up.
Two things you can see. A contoured silicone gel ring that cups the kneecap instead of pressing on it, and two flexible stays down each side that resist lateral wobble. A cheap sleeve is a tube of knit — it has neither.

No. They flex freely through a full range of motion. They resist side-to-side movement, not bending.
