What makes the ProFlex different from a cheap knee sleeve?

Two things you can see. Inside, a contoured silicone ring that sits around the kneecap rather than pressing on it, spreading load into the surrounding tissue. Down each side, two flexible stays that resist side-to-side wobble. A $15 sleeve has neither — it's a tube that squeezes everything evenly.

How do I get the right size?

Measure your thigh circumference 5.5 inches (14 cm) above the centre of your kneecap. Match that to the chart on the product page. Do not size by height or weight. Between sizes? Size up.

Will the side stays restrict my squat?

No. They flex freely through a full range of motion. They resist lateral movement, not bending.

Can I wear it all day?

Yes. The knit breathes and the silicone bands hold without cutting in. It's low-profile enough for most trousers. Take it off if you notice numbness or tingling.

Is one sleeve or two included?

One sleeve per unit. Add two to your cart if you want a pair.

How do I wash it?

Hand wash cold, air dry. Don't tumble dry — heat degrades the silicone.
