Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn items in original condition and packaging.

How to start a return

Email support@revoralab.com with your order number. We'll send return instructions within 24 hours.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect — in which case we cover it.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the item.

Damaged or wrong item

Email us within 7 days with a photo and we'll replace it at no cost. You don't need to send the original back.

Sizing — please read before ordering

Most returns are avoidable size errors. Measure your thigh circumference 5.5 inches (14 cm) above the centre of your kneecap and check it against the size chart. It takes thirty seconds and saves us both a fortnight.

Non-returnable

Worn or washed items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
