Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed.

Delivery time

Delivery times vary by destination. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched, and you can follow it from there.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed on dispatch. Allow up to 24 hours for it to start updating.

Customs and import duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes on arrival. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price you pay us.

Delays and lost packages

Customs, weather, and carrier delays are outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived when you expected it, email support@revoralab.com and we'll chase it. If a package is confirmed lost, we replace it free of charge.
