Before you email about sizing
Most sizing questions come down to one measurement: your thigh circumference 5.5 inches (14 cm) above the centre of your kneecap. Check that number against the size chart on the product page. Don't size by height or weight — it won't fit.
Order issues
Put your order number in the subject line and we'll get to it faster. If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, attach a photo and we'll replace it at no cost.
